Academy of Talent

We have a multitude of talented and gifted individuals and for those who have a specific identified ability we seek as many different programmes to enhance the skill as possible throughout the academic year. These include both inside and outside of school. – a dedicated Gifted & Talented Programme, Challenge, Science Future, Drama, Art, Music, Visual Arts, Dance We have a special relationship with prestigious universities such as Cambridge, University College and Imperial College.

In Years 8 and 9 we have the Brunel University Programme where girls attend the university on a monthly basis to be taught by lecturers and professors.

We look to Educational Summer School Programmes held not just in London but all over the country to help enhance talents and abilities – some girls went to America in 2005 to participate in a competition in robotics. There are specialist programmes for the girls in Year 10 and 11 such as those in Music at Morley College.
